I’m Md. Shaokat Ullaha, a results-driven IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions Specialist with over 11 years of experience in designing, deploying, and securing enterprise IT environments across multiple sectors—including finance, telecom, and government.

Currently, I serve as Assistant Manager – Technical Services at Thakral Information Systems, where I lead the architecture and implementation of scalable IT solutions using VMware Cloud Foundation, Red Hat OpenShift, and Kubernetes. My expertise spans cloud migration, DevSecOps, enterprise storage, and business continuity planning—consistently delivering 99.99% uptime for mission-critical systems.

I’m certified in VMware, Red Hat, Microsoft, Veeam, Oracle, Commvault, and Dell EMC technologies, and I continuously update my skills to stay ahead of evolving technologies.
